Strongholds
I am a disciplinarian
I take no nonsense
But Christ taught us discipline
And takes no nonsense;
I am a disciplinarian
I hate disobedience
But Christ taught us discipline
And hates disobedience;
I am a disciplinarian
I don't listen to explanations
But Christ taught us discipline
And gives room for corrections;
I made you what you are
And you must lick my feet
But Christ made us all
And yet washed our feet;
I made you what you are
And you must dance to my tune
But Christ made us all
And left us without rune;
I made you what you are
You must tremble when I call
But Christ made us all
Only before him we must tremble and fall;
O' ye man made from dust
Take stock of your limited
And miserable life of lust
See then, where actually thou seated;
From darkness
You were bought
Why remain dark in righteousness
Knowing, into light you were brought?;
Thy lips find it easy
As thy lying tongue it houses
Thy maker thou has left pissed
Before Him, you are one of the louses;
Shed now, the stroghold on you
It's slowly decaying your soul from within
Remember when the devil dined with you
How miserable your life grew from deep within
